At signup, you choose your delivery frequency — every 2, 4, or 6 weeks — and your card is automatically charged at the start of each cycle, just before your next shipment goes out.
You can update your frequency anytime from your account or by contacting our customer service team.

Skipping or pausing doesn't reset your rewards cycle — it's based on your actual paid deliveries, so your milestone months simply shift forward.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime — there's no lock-in. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle.
However, do note that canceling ends your rewards cycle, and any upcoming bonuses you haven't yet received are forfeited even if you were close to a milestone. There will be no refund for items received.
If you resubscribe later, you'll start over from Month 1 of a new cycle and pay whatever the current subscription price is at that time, which may be higher than your original locked-in rate if pricing has changed.
