What is your return and refund policy? 

Our products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you find that our product isn't meeting your expectations within 30 days of purchase, we're here to help. You can request a full refund, provided that any remaining unopened sachets are returned to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect them accordingly to determine its quality.  If the product remains in a resealable condition, the refund will be processed using your original method of payment, and you can expect the amount to be credited to your credit card or account within a specific timeframe.

Please note that returned products that are damaged, used or not in their original packaging or condition will not be accepted. We also do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

How long does it take for the refund to reflect in my account? 

We process all refunds within 48 hours of request. The amount of time for funds to be returned to account depends on your payment method, and may take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days. 

What do I do if I receive a damaged and faulty product? 

Please send us an email within 30 days of receipt if you have received a damaged and faulty product. Include details (such as photos, smell, or taste) on why you think the product is damaged. 

We will then verify if you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order and process your request promptly.
